New Patients
First Dental Visit
At your first dental visit with us, you can expect to receive a thorough oral examination, so we can have an idea about your current dental health. It may be necessary to take x-rays, so that all issues can be seen clearly and identified. We will ask you about any dental issues you may have been experiencing recently, and investigate those issues more fully.
Hellos and paperwork
After you are greeted by our friendly office personnel, there will be the inevitable paperwork to fill out, and this is necessary so we can have information about how to contact you when necessary. Some of this paperwork will also be related to your medical history, and this too is important, because it provides us with information which may impact your dental health and future treatment.
Dental Insurance
We accept most forms of dental insurance, but we’ll be sure to take care of this when you make your first visit to our office. We have a good working relationship with most dental insurance carriers, so billing should be smooth and efficient.
Affordable Financing
For those situations where insurance doesn’t cover the entire cost of a procedure, and there’s a significant balance, we can offer affordable financing to help relieve you of the financial burden. Our philosophy is that we don’t want cost to be the lone factor which prevents you from receiving the dental care that you need. We offer in-office financing as well as third-party financing which can help you cover the cost of a fairly expensive dental procedure. Whatever your financial situation and budget is like, we can probably help you get financing for your dental procedure, so you won’t have to simply live with the oral issue because treatment is too costly.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept several forms of payment for services rendered, so as to make it convenient for our patients. We will of course, accept cash if you prefer to pay for services with that method. All major credit cards are also honored, whether it be for debit cards or credit cards, so your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express cards can all be used to pay for services received. If you prefer to pay by check, we can accept those also, so you can have an easy tracking process with your bank for all transactions.
